Business Auditing
 
Business Auditing is done through assessing a Company’s business plan  with the help of the Terms of Reference [TOR] agreed between the client and the auditor. The results of an Audit may be quantified as Satisfactory or Non-satisfactory. A more modern way of qualifying an audit is through a so called assessment matrix that enables identification of business area’s that need improvement. An example of such a matrix is shown below. The elements of the matrix will be agreed between client and auditor.
